How it works

Six steps, from applying to graduation

  1. 01Admissions

    Students apply online

    Students fill in a form on their phone, add their school results and photo, and pick a course. Your admissions office sees every application in one list.

  2. 02Fees

    Students pay their fees

    Each student has their own account number to pay into. The bursar sees who has paid and who has not, without checking receipts by hand.

  3. 03Registration

    Students register their courses

    Students pick their courses for the semester. The system stops them taking too many or too few, and the department approves the list.

  4. 04Teaching

    Lecturers teach and take attendance

    The timetable, notes, online classes and attendance are all in one place, for lecturers and students.

  5. 05Marks

    Lecturers enter marks

    Lecturers type in or upload each student's marks. The head of department checks them, then the exam board approves them.

  6. 06Results

    Students see their results

    Results show on the student's phone as soon as they are approved. They can also print their transcript.

Does it work for a university or a college of education?

Yes. When you sign up, you choose what kind of institution you are, and the system uses the right names for it. A university sees Vice-Chancellor, Faculty, 100 Level and First Class. A polytechnic sees Rector, School, ND1 and Distinction.

What happens when the network is slow or goes off?

Pages are very light, so they open quickly on an old phone and slow data. Anything you type while the network is off is saved on your phone and sent when it comes back. Slips and receipts you have already opened can still be printed.

Can a result be changed after it is approved?

Not without a record. Scores are locked once they are approved. Any change after that needs a reason, and both the old and new score are kept, with who changed it and when.

How do students pay fees?

Every student gets their own bank account number for fees. Money paid into it goes to the right student automatically, and the bursary can see who has paid and who still owes.

Can we bring our existing records?

Yes. We move your current students, results and fee records in as part of setup, and check them with you before you start using the system.

How is it priced?

You pay a fee for each student every session, plus a one-time fee for setup and moving your records. Tell us how many students you have and we will send you a price.
